Les Petites Etoiles Bilingual Montessori – Tufnell Park
Les Petites Etoiles Tufnell Park warmly welcomes children ranging from 6 months to 4 years old, extending up to Reception age, in alignment with the principles of the Montessori philosophy. Our nurturing environment is thoughtfully designed to cater to the developmental needs and early education of children within this age group. Whether your child is just beginning their journey or preparing for the next step in their education, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching Montessori-inspired experience that aligns with their age and stage of development.
Ofsted
“Children are extremely motivated by this stimulating and well-resourced environment. They show big smiles as staff greet them at the gate. Older children quickly scan the activities on offer, while younger children seek comfort and reassurance from familiar staff. Children are eager to explore, whether they are playing with water, or working out the best way to transport leaves. Leaders have an ambitious ethos for every child. Their aim for children is to become ‘an independent and autonomous individual’. Staff carefully create a unique curriculum, which helps children to learn social skills and be independent. As a result, children take ownership of their play by making choices about how to do things and select resources independently.”

Bilingualism
At Les Petites Etoiles Bilingual Montessori, we take pride in our approach to bilingualism, where the principle of “one person, one language” is at the heart of our practice. Early exposure to multiple languages not only enriches a child’s linguistic abilities but also fosters cognitive development and cultural awareness.
We understand that every child is unique, and our bilingual approach is tailored to accommodate individual learning styles and preferences. We encourage active participation, curiosity, and exploration, allowing each child to progress at their own pace while building a strong linguistic foundation.
